Restaurant/Caterer Participation
We are delighted to invite you to join us for
our
Eighth Annual Taste of Tamarac & Business Expo
Saturday, October 29th, 2011 at the Tamarac Community
Center.
A fun-filled day for the whole family, that is becoming a popular
annual event in our great city. This year the theme is “Back to
the 70’s’ to help celebrate the 35th Anniversary of our
Great Chamber. We will be having lots of activities that you
haven’t seen before, such as a 70’s costume contest for our vendors
and a disco dance contest.
As a participating food vendor, Taste of
Tamarac is an outstanding opportunity to showcase your
specialties in front of the clients and patrons you most want to
impress. We are expecting once again approximately 1000 guests to
gather for this event, which will be advertised in the Sun Sentinel,
Forum, Sharp Saver Magazine and the South Florida Business Journal,
ValPak and Parklander. 5000+ brochures, posters and flyers will be
distributed to residents and businesses in Tamarac and surrounding
areas.
Our participating food vendors receive:

Onstage recognition during the event

A ˝ page restaurant feature in our program
·
300 Coupons to be distributed at the event (to
help monitor results)
·
Listing as a participating food vendor in the
program and in all press releases and promotional materials
(Printing Deadline)
·
Food station consisting of two six-foot tables
with linens, table skirting, plates, napkins and table signage
at the event.
·
Volunteers to assist you before, during and after
the event.
We ask
our food vendors to supply approximately 1,000 tastings of
your favorite dish and a gift certificate for the Chamber raffle.
Not only is this an excellent marketing vehicle for you, it is a
wonderful chance to meet new people, work with the Tamarac Chamber
of Commerce and experience firsthand the value of networking. A lot
of our exhibitors come back year after year.
